Kent Residential was established in Chatham over 30 years ago. In 2023 Kent Residential merged with Seekers, an estate & letting agency, also established in Maidstone over 30 years ago. Both companies are now named, Kent Residential.

The raison de’etre of the company is to be an Independent Sales & Letting Agency that provides a high level of service where clients are able to feel they can call in, and discuss any matters without the need to make an appointment.
The Seekers team are all local people with one thing in common, a passion for property & customer service. Training is vital to Kent Residential, and all customer-facing staff are encouraged to take ARLA qualifications. Most staff have either passed their exams or are working towards this aim.
We promote our properties on the leading portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla & On the Market, as well as other property portals, and not forgetting our own website. Our offices in both Maidstone & Chatham are centrally positioned for our client’s convenience. We also extensively use social media to promote the company and our properties.
Kent Residential provides a comprehensive range of services to fit our client’s requirements. We make use of modern technology to deliver our services, however, we do not forget that personal relationships lie at the heart of our business.
